Terms of service

By using Aiva you agree to these terms. This is an MVP (Release 1) and is provided on an as-is basis.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the mailboxes you connect. You must have the right to connect any mailbox you add.

Acceptable use

Don't use Aiva to send spam, harass, or violate the policies of connected providers (Google, Microsoft).

Approvals

Aiva drafts and proposes actions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any message before it is sent. Aiva will not send on your behalf without approval.

Availability

We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during the MVP period.
